1 meter pipeline fill with water(no flow), initial water temperature is 50C, one heating cable with 40W/M was attached on the pipeline, 0.1mm thickness metal foil covered on cable and pipe,  50mm thickness thermal insulation was wrapped on the pipe. environment temp:0 C, I want to know water temp on stable state?  how to simulated it, is use simulation or flow simulation? thanks
