I've made an assembly and am having trouble inserting a part using a mate.  I think I need a mechanical mate?  I use the windows partition on my Macbook for my Solidworks but I am writing this on the Mac side.  My question is...  How can I copy the assembly, and I suppose the feature manager, into my forum post ?

I've just gotten my Solidworks and this is my first posting.  I sure would appreciate any help.
