I am having a doubt. How do I show in a drawing that two dimensions (in two different parts) are linked? One dimension on a part has to be adjusted based on the the actual dimension after fabrication of another part.

For example I have a wheel and a shaft. In drawing I want to tell in the drawing to measure the hole size in wheel after fabrication and then adjust the shaft size accordingly to fit the hole. So essentially the Hole dia in wheel is master dimension and the shaft dia is dependent on it.
