How do I setup the Web Server for PDM?

I'm not an end-user of PDM, I do the network admin for the company. They've asked me to setup the Web Server for PDM. I don't see any sites or virtual directories in IIS. I'd appreciate some step by step instructions for setting up the Web Server for PDM. Thanks
