Hi All,

I have SW simulation professional.

I want to simulate the case:

initial temperature 280 Degree C in solder, final temperature 25C.

Stress free state: all components  at 25 C,except for solder which is at 280 C.

Question is how the set solder as zero strain at 280 C? it seems we can only set one reference temperature at zero strain in the static properties box.
