I've read the help page here:

2014 SOLIDWORKS Help - Scaling a Part

However I do not see any "Scale" button on the features toolbar (whatever that is) and I also cannot find "Insert" anywhere.

I'm just trying to scale a couple of imported IGES parts.  Seems like this would be simple.

Please help. Thanks
