Hi, Can anyone help me with creating a simulation that would provide a resultant force exerted due to the motion of certain parts in an assembly?

The basic working of the product is described in the word file attached below.

I am glueing rubber material on the cams for friction and want to model that into solidworks to run the simulation that finds the force exerted by the cams on to the moving shaft. The normal force will provide the necessary friction force that locks the telescopic beam from moving. Any help/suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
