Is there a way to have a model dimension value appear in a drawing annotation, such that if the model dimension is changed, the value in the drawing will automatically update?

As an example, I like to have my chamfers annotated like so: CHAMFER 0.125 x 45°.  I would like to link the 0.125 dimension to the model dim D1@Chamfer1 and the 45° to dim D2@Chamfer1.
