Hi Guys,

I have a dispatch that will automatically create a stamp on a pdf document after state changed has occured.

My question: Is there anyway to stop the state change from occuring if somehow the file cannot be check out or check in? This can happen if the user has no check out folder or state permission or when the user fail to check in due to connection problem with database or archive server.

Currently, the state change will still happen even though the file cannot be check out or in.

Please kindly advise. Thanks alot!
