Hello, I'm trying to add inspection symbols to dimensions using the elongated oval with text in it.

The only way I can see to get this work properly is if I add a note, type the Inspection Number and use the "Border Inspection Tight Fit"

This however is not ideal as it just leaves it dangling and not attached to a dimension.  I can't add a border on a dimension as far as I can tell so there are 2 alternatives seemingly available for dimensions.

1. Selecting "Inspection Dimension" causes the entire dimension to be put in an oval which I don't want

2. Adding the symbol "Inspection Box (with text)" but this just adds an oval with x.x inside of it.  I can't see a way to change the x.x to be the text that I want it to be.

Any ideas on how to get what I'm wanting? An inspection symbol that I can put text in that is directly connected with the dimension I want.
