How to model hydraulically formed bellows

Hello All,

I'd like to model a hydraulically formed bellows in such a way that it can be manipulated after the fact.

My first attempt was to use an equation driven curve and a revolve.

And I suppose that I could possibly bend it later w/ a loft of some kind. (I seem to recall a tutorial involving a hammer head that was done this way?)

Is there anyway to do this as a sweep, based on a 3d spline, so that I can go back and just edit the spline to get the shape I want?
