Please refer to the attached drawing.

I was given a flat drawing of this part and needed to model it.  I found it difficult to accurately model the 'L'-shaped slot and am wondering if you can suggest a good way of doing it.

Also, when I created the drawing to attach, I found that putting an angular dimension on the slot is impossible, or so it seems.  How would you dimension it?
