I have a 36 gauge wire that is being wound around a piece of Acrylic. It has 30 revolutions. I have tried a helix but nothing actually replicates what is in the field. I have attached an image. I have had SolidWorks (fisher unitech assist me), they couldn't figure it out nor really understood where i was getting at.I need this to work in EMS and everything I have tried doesn't work. Maybe somebody can give me a few pointers on how to accomplish this because i have exhausted any other options. Thanks.
