How to mate a mobile robot base to Mecanum wheels such that the wheels can move in the assembly?

I'm trying to mate a base with Mecanum wheels (got it from GrabCAD), but everytime I try to mate the parts the wheel does not seem to rotate. Is there a proper way of mating the parts?

I have attached my parts which are in the Test folder.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
