How can I change my templates so that when I click on normal-to-plane (or make a new sketch) it makes the z-axis point towards the top of the screen and the x-axis to the right.  And when I click on another plane it makes the y-axis point towards to top and the x-axis to the right.  I don't care about the third plane orientation.

Note I neglected calling these Front, Top, and Right.  I'll rename the planes later.

And I know how to use "update standard views" but that still doesn't change the direction that the axis points when I start a new sketch.
