Ok, this might be super easy, and I hope it is, but I'm having trouble wrapping my rookie brain around the best way to make a radial cut in this piece. I've attached the part, as well as the drawing showing the cut needed.
The top drawing shows the top view of the hole, and how the curved cut needs to look. The bottom drawing is the cut-away, and here you can see the 1 degree radial lead that needs to start at .006 ("L +/- .001") and round it's way off the part.
I dont know how to make a double-curved cut like this. If it were not curved (like in the top drawing), I would just revolve cut it.
