This is sort of a continuation of my dimple question.

I am trying to mate two parts. One with a .5R dimple, the other (the pole) has a .5R dome on top. I want the arm to be able to freeley rotate on top of the vertical pole.

I tried concentric and tangent. They mate but are then fixed.
