I have created a part with several different configurations and I would like to add a note below one of the dimension which is to be linked to a property.  I have tried all of the formats that I can think of to link properties however they do not seem to work in the dimension text field.  My goal is to have a note listed below the dimension from the specific configuration.  I have tried this in the dimension on the part file and drawing file and I am having the same issue in either environment.  Please refer to the below screen shot for clarification.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
