How to Launch "Solidworks for Maker on a Windows machine

In Windows is the 3DExperience a regular 'App' or does it run in the browser like it does on my MAC. I currently have both subscriptions for \\\$48 each (one for XDesign on my MAC and one for Solidworks for Makers on my PC). I want to run 'Solidworks for Makers' on my windows machine but after running the installer cannot find an 'App aside from the 3DExperience Drive. If I open it in the Windows Browser all that shows in the list is 'XDesign' and no 'Solidworks'. My account shows I have both subscriptions.

Update:

I just followed the instructions in a video and added that to my roles. When I click on "3DExperience Solidworks" it comes up with another icon that says Solidworks 'Connected'. When I click on that I get a button to" install All Roles Containing SOLIDWORKS Connected" When I do that I see it "Launches the Installation" and then comes up with an "Installation Error" message.
