My university provided me with a key for the Solidworks 2018 student edition, how can I use the key to install the 2018 version on my home computer or use it to upgrade my 2017 version? They state that a connection to the campus network is required for the download, and seeing how I use a computer from home and not a laptop it is somewhat of an impossibility for me. Is there anyway to use the serial key provided from my home?
