I know a saw a place that explains how to insert a screen shot in a discussion but I can't find it again. Should have bookmarked it but didn't.  It's probably just me but finding my way around this site is frustrating.  Someone posted that you can insert from clip board in firefox but I can't seem to do that either.  PLEASE HELP!
