Hello everybody,
We're having some problems with the design process when workingwith long routes (pipelines). Actually, they're not that long, forexample max. 20 elements per pipeline, but it seems to go extremelyslow. And the computer is crashing every now and then. The pipelineis a sub-assembly that is part of a quit large assembly. We arealready working in the large assembly with simplified models of themain equipment (saved as a part, instead of an assembly).
First of all we would like to know the cause of this: why is pipingdemanding that much from the computer? The algorithm is verycomplicated? Many variables to solve?
By upgrading the hardware, how could we improve this? Is is aboveall a CPU related problem, or RAM?
Is there a certain working method that could help me improve thespeed at which I can work with long pipelines?
Does anybody else had the same problem and has find a way toimprove this?
Thanks in advance!
