How to get fullname , value of all the driven dimensions of part ?(not select manually) ?

we need to get all the driven dimension of a part, then list them and modify batch ,then rebiuld all.

the driven dimensions are contianed in sketches and features , how can we get them by API instead of selecting manually...?
