i done a simply simulation on a plate,i was trying to get those results in graph format how could i get those.i need a help

And here one more thing i would like to share with u...Is there any possibility to get share force and bending moment drawing for a concrete beam,,because when i was add a option to that treat as beam then it will become halo section..but here here my concrete model is a solid body so for a solid body able to get the bending&share force drawing's in solid works simulation,,,Already i got bending&share force drawing for an structural beam memner but i was trying to get those drawing for Concrete beam also
