Good afternoon, I have a technical question and have added images to clarify. 

I use SolidWorks on two computers, one of those computers has a radeon rx 570 series, I have attached two images where a correct environment is visible, the other is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and here I have also attached two images, it is visible that the first images are correct and the other two images are not. 

My question is how is it possible that a video card that is at least three times as expensive makes such a mess of it. I have already tried to change it several times using DPI settings but it does not help. 

Can someone give a sensible answer what is wrong here.
