Hi All,

I am designing a chem mill template for a part. The Aluminum part needs to be chem milled before bending to match the loft data. I currently have the part modeled in its final form, but in order to create the template I need to know its geometry when it is flat. There are fillets along the bend lines so if I attempt to use the convert to sheet metal feature it doesn't work.

I work in the defense industry so due to the sensitive nature of this part I cannot upload it publicly. Any help is appreciated.
