How to find max axial load using solidworks simulation?

Hello everyone

I'm a new member here, and new to simulation and fea.

I'm working on a project where I have to find max allowable axial load and max allowable bending moment on an assembly. attached you can find the parts and assembly.

The part is to be used 25m undersea, Water glycol at 140Bar and 60 degree c max passes through. But my question is if these information is even needed to find the maximum axial load or bending moment?

Application: The big opening attaches to a tank or something alike and the small opening attaches to a hose. the idea is to be able to move the hose 180 degrees freely with the tank being stationary.

with the above description, where and what kind of fixtures do you suggest? and if I have to calculate the max load manually or solidworks can do that for me.

Appreciate your time and answers.
