I'm trying to fill the corner with weld - how do I do this?

The whole body is made of the same piece of sheetmetal.  What you see is a corner flange.

I tried using the Weld bead but SW tells me that it is an invalid selection.

I also tried using Fillet Weld - but SW tells me that the faces I select should be of different bodies.

What else can I use?
