I have a base and a top where I have to connect the edges of the top via these legs that go diagonally , i can't seem to get it to extrude when doing rectangles either.
Any help on what method i could use ?

I have attached the image as im finding it very hard to explain what im doing, in the image i basically want to fill the area that i have defined with lines.
