Hi! I'm trying to create a 3d part in solidworks from this autocad drawing but am not sure how to construct the midsection.

I'm pretty new to solidworks but I'm using solidworks 2012.

My main issue is I'm not sure how to begin with the longer oval at the top and end in a shorter one.

Can anyone give me some advice on the best / easiest way to achieve this is?
