How to export the 3D model to one single Html (Maybe with three.js - Javascript 3D library ?)

I mean one single Html is don't contains any other file like: pictures, java scripts ,other html pages etc.

All data is compromised in one html.

Why i have this problem?

Because in the software of Dassult DELMIA, it has a function of export the process animation to only one HTML file.

It is useful. I can rotate, zoom, play animation, etc. with the model in the html in the broswer.

Is there any add-in or micros to get this function?
