In assemblies with many components it is annoying to display the configuration and display state names, especially when they are in default.

So, i want the "Do not show Configuration/Display State Names if only one exists" in Tree Display, to be always checked.

Since all the files I receive did not had it enabled and also when creating a new part has not have it enabled, it is a bit time consuming for me to manually enable it.

Is there a way to accomplish that?
