I need to create a few dowel pin holes favorites. Since dowel pin hole feature is not available in SW2012, I want to create a few favorites for that.

For example,

I want to create for a 5mm dowel pin hole favorite as follow

4.97 mm +/- 0.03 mm for 5mm depth with nearside C.sink

3.5mm through hole
