Since I am fairly new to SW am having to learn many basic things. I am designing a large enclosure. Started as a solid, I shelled it to .050 thk. Now basically I want to break each face into a separate sheet metal face and add 1" flanges to the edges with holes so I can fasten all the pieces together with screws. I have been successful converting parts to sheet metal when the result is an individual part. Attached is a screen image to give you idea of what I am working on.
