how to control the selection of featurescope for cut-extrude feature(.featurecut2, or featurecut)?

I tried it but the .featurecut2 or featurecut always selected all component every time.

Does anyone know how to select/control the component to be cut, those will be shown in the feature scope when editting cut-extrude feature?
