Hello every one,

I want to draw an arc and a point.  I want the center of arc is below the point and the distance between them is 87.68 (please see the picture below). In case I drew the arc ,the center of which is above the point, is there anyway I can make the center below the point just by changing the direction of dimension line without deleting the arc and re-drawing.
