Hi, I'm not sure where to ask this question. Please redirect me to the right place or website.

Anyways, I need help with draftsight. I want to change the dimensions circled in red. I want to change them so that when I make the change, the drawing changes too. For example, say I make the dimension from 9.52 to to 19  meaning I want the height of the the actual drawing to double. How do I do this?
