I have been tasked with editing the dimensions on a sheet metal drawing, and I've spent the last 90 minutes trying to figure it out.  The picture shows the default note supplied by SW-

What I am told it needs to be is "UP 90 DEG R .04"

How can I change the dimensions?  No matter what I do (including deleting the current dimension), when I go back to the drawing it is still the same.
