I want to pass various file types through the same transition, and the logic is based on data in one type of file. (Word doc as ECN form)

If a flag is tru, I want to allow all docs to continue through a transition, if the flag is fals, I want alll docs to stop and wait for user action.

I can't seem to do this since not all files have teh same data.  I have a dispatch that looks for teh ECN form, and gets the flag, but Cancel SW Enterprise Actio  n doesn't do it.

Can anyone explain teh order of events in a dispatch, especially using For All Documents - what does it mean?
