How do I go about "attaching" a revision bubble to a general table?

I am aware of how to attach a revision bubble to a drawing view; but am unable to accomplish the same thing with a general table.

Situation 1:  If I have a table of tabulated dimensions and revise a dimension, the revision bubble will be placed next to the row in the table.  Later I add additional part numbers (rows) to the table.  The revision bubble will no longer be aligned to the row it belongs to.

Situation 2:  If the revision bubble is aligned with a partular column in a general table, and the original column location is changed by adding columns, the revision bubble is no longer aligned with the original column.

Situation 3:  If I add a revision bubble to a partular cell in a general table, then add rows and or columns, the revision bubble is no longer aligned with the original cell.

Any information of how to solve this would be greatly appreciated.
