Hello Experts,

I am trying to match result of hand calc of roark 21b with solidworks simulation. Please have a look and let me know if I am doing wrong?

Mathcad calcualtion as per above roark case 21 b

stress coming around 165MPa but in case of swx simulation result I am getting around little higher of around 270MPa.

Also how to check if deflection coming on the plate is same as calc value.
