I am a new Solidworks user. I'm using the book "Solidworks 2014 Part 1 - Basic Tools" by Paul Tran. His tutorial on page 4-22 says to "Add a Tangent arc to the left side of the profile", but gives no clue how to do that.

I tried the "Tangent Arc Tool", but it seems to want a line to start from. There don't seem to be any points I can select. The construction circles have a tangent relation, but mousing over them I never get a tangent point. If I select the "Centerpoint Arc" tool, and use on of the circles to as the center, I always get an arc going the long way around the circle.

I'm sure there is a simple way do this, but I can't figure it out. Below is a screen shot of what I'm trying to do. Thanks for your help. Andy
