I think the question is pretty straightforward.

I'd like to add balloons and callouts on an Electrical BOM into which I have pasted a screenshot of the model.

Or, conversely - is there a way to spit the BOM out into the 2D drawing of the assembly?

Either way...or both, since I'm sure annotations will be useful in the future in general.
