The intern in charge of my SRs closed them. This is what he wrote:
Please note that after 3 business days, pending Service Requests are automatically closed and a new Beta SR will need to be submitted.
Please go to this Service Request's listing in the Beta Support page and provide additional information that can help in further investigating this case.
Not even a day has gone, but I cannot find a way to add a comment to that SR. It looks closed to me.
Also, why is he asking for an Rx report, when I already attached one to the SR???
