Hi All,

I am wondering how often you have to change and modify your design driven by whatever reason?  Sometimes the customer asks for last minute changes, sometimes you have to make changes because the supplier changed the purchased part, sometimes...  I guess the reasons are unlimited.  Along these lines I am also wondering how severe these changes are and how often you have to edit design that was not created by you?  Perhaps components created by a colleague, someone from the overseas subsidiary?  Just some small tweaks or a major design overhaul?

Since I am currently researching some topics it would be great if I could learn something from you about your design processes in order to better understand the way you create and edit your design.

So any input is highly appreciated.
