I am new EPDM since January and have EPDM 2014, not on 2015 yet because it requires OS Server 2008 R2 or newer, and I am on 2008.  I had only editor licenses that are all being used, so I ordered 2 contributer license that was needed.  Well first off my order was flubbed up, for some reason instead of ADDING the 2 new licenses to my already existing license they where made into a second separate account and apparently you can't have 2 different license files in EPDM

SO... They merged the licensed and I was force to pay up the maintenance fee on my existing licenses to match my 2 new ones.  So now its all suppose to be fixed.  Now I have been waiting over 2 weeks to get a new 2014 license file so I can use what I am paying for. I can log into this place and can download the 2015 license file that I cannot use and my VAR says they waiting on SolidWorks to get my 2014 license file.

Wish I could just log in and buy licenses myself online and not even deal with incompetence, to be paying premium prices and not getting premium service is ridiculous.
