How does Flow Simulation calculate the temperature of a body due to solar radiation?
Hello, good afternoon. I'm conducting a radiative heat transfer study in Flow Simulation.
It's simply a copper cylinder exposed to the sun.
The tube is 0.07 m in diameter and 1.2 m long.
The intensity of the solar radiation is 6360 W/m2.
I considered the tube to be a blackbody.
But when I try to check the result analytically, it doesn't match my calculations. Does anyone know how SolidWorks calculates the temperature or can help me? Please.
