Solidworks 2012, 64bit, SP4.0

In solidworks 2008, when you added a hole table, the hole labels were near the holes, below and to the right.  Now they are approximately twice as far from the hole and the label is above and to the right.  Frequently I must move these labels, wasting time I'd rather spend on other drawings.

How can I control the placement of the hole label?  Is this another one of those things in the "drafting standards" file that nobody can locate, nor edit?
