I want to flip a sketch to the opposite side of the sketch plane.  As I recall you could easily do this with Sketch Tools-Modify by double clicking orientation arrows which caused them to flip.  Now, for some reason, I don't get those arrows.  How do I find the arrows?

Also, I seem to remember that there was a second but different technique to do this.  Anyone know how?
