My professor gave me an assignment that involves creating an assembly that includes 6 Hex head bolts with a description that I'm infamiliar with: .50-13UNC X 4.00

They appear to be measurements for the bolts but how do I impliment them into my assembly? Moreover, am I supposed to use the hole wizard or do I add threads to circular cuts? If so how do I do that? Is there a template for bolts with custom measurements, or do I have to make these bolts from scratch?
